The picture is good and the sound is okay at lower volumes. Audio quality does seem to break down considerably at higher levels. My biggest issue with this TV is the smart TV features. Samsung's software is not great. Expect apps to crash and the TV to reset itself randomly if you use a lot of apps.

Apps frequently do not work and TV must be unplugged and allowed to reload/start up again to function. there's an option to delete preloaded apps; don't waste time; they return as if by magic eventually. First TV returned as it outgassed an odor burning eyes, throat. Best Buy fantastic executing the exchange by mail! Second TV still emits a faint odor. Samsung customer service is absolutely deplorable and can not be depended on. There are several choices in setting up how the TV sounds; they all sound a little muffled. I've only owned Samsung for years so my criticism may be unfair as other brands may be the same. However, between the frightening odor that made me ill and the lack of Samsung customer service, this will be my last Samsung product and I cannot in good faith recommend it regardless to the beautiful picture.
