I have the audio/volume on the proper settings. however! the volume sucks. it's clear and audible. no problem there. but, I have to adjust the volume depending on whether i'm listening to live tv, a dvr recorded tv show or a movie. iv finally landed on volume #43 for live tv; #53 for recorded shows and of course movies are all over the place. so, for this reason i'm giving this Samsung model only a 3 star rating. and, i'm a pro-Samsung consumer.
