The picture is not quite as clear as I thought a 4k tv would be, but it's good . I have total tech, so the Geeks came and did an expert installation for just $50!

We were walking out of the store and I see this TV on the wall and I was like that is a great picture we should have bought that TV.... the salesman said you did..... lol

Went in not knowing for sure what would work best for a TV on the screen porch. Reviewed options with BB staff and they were great helping me select the right TV.

Loved this TV... until the panel crapped out 2 1/2 years later. Panel back-lighting (actually edge-lighting) went out (pixels fine, went dark one side, then the other, then full out). Cost of repair exceeds original value. This sucks because Samsung doesn't make a replacement with the same feature set, especially the same number and types of ports (3 HMDI, 1 Component, 2 USB, 1 OA). But Best Buy Geek Squad gets kudos for service and replacement ease. Buying the protection was worth it!

It’s a good 4K tv for a budget price. Was more surprised that it had AV plug-in in the back. Not many tv support due to being outdated but since I still had my ps2 it came in handy.

We used these in our new home, the 7100 series was used as monitors and is controlled using our RTI and Samsung USB/serial connection. Great 4K tv for the price!

The tv can detect the room lighting and adjusts accordingly. I like that Samsung has their own tv channels available as well. Highly recommend!!!

First thing I did when I set up this TV was invite my friends over and watched baseball. It has a great viewing angle and the display looks amazing.

This our 4th Samsung TV in 18 yrs. We have more than 1 TV as do most households. Would not pick any other brand. Always reliable. Get what you pay for!

I found that this tv doesn't support ac wifi, so it won't use 5Ghz wifi connections. I contacted Samsung support and they confirmed this to be true. Several of their smaller 2018 models no longer support 5Ghz wifi. Way to move backwards in time Samsung. I returned this tv to the store.

Love this TV and how it opens the door for a great interactive experience. The sale price and hep from the salesman completed the buying experience

Picture is ok when looking straight on. Picture is bad at any angle. I’m spoiled by my OLED and my QLED. But I needed a 43” or smaller for my loft.

This model’s picture clarity/definition was slightly disappointing in comparison to the previous two years’ models of UHD and 4K Ultra Samsung Smart TV’s but the value seemed comparable to the price.

I love the tv but wish the sound was better. I don’t have a sound bar and won’t be getting one because of space limitations and have a hard time with the speakers and speaker location on this set.

Delivery and installation was like clock work. They were here on time, installed and out the door in about 20 minutes and the TV is wonderful!

I am partial to SAMSUNG TV's. I have four of them at house. They are priced well. Quality is good. I had little issues with this TV.

This tv purchase was for a small bedroom. It does exactly what it was meant to do. We have a larger Samsung in the den, and both work great.

Best Buy gave me a good deal on open box tv and it works perfect for my room. They also offer all products needed to install on wall.

Purchased this TV after old model finally quit. We were finally able to cut out satellite tv service and are now streaming. Absolutely love it!
