||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this 43" TV in mid February 2019 and the identical 50" model in May, along with two sound bars in April. The TV's HDMI3 (ARC) connection to the Samsung HW-K460/ZA sound bar is not working properly. For the first 10 days the tv remote would turn ON the sound bar, now it only turns it OFF. The sound bars both work perfectly with the Samsung 50" TV, and both remotes work perfectly with the 50" TV. Changing to the Digital Audio cable and setting the sound bar setting to Auto Power On did not solve the issue either. I have spent several hours on online chats and on the phone with both Best Buy and Samsung. The TV is past Best Buys 15 day return policy, so I am stuck with the manufacturer warranty, or paying Geek Squad $99 to diagnose the issue. Samsung has told me 1) replace the HDMI cable and 2) reset both the tv and sound bar. Neither option has solved this issue. Samsung's online forum has dozens of complaints on this issue and it does not appear Samsung has a solution. I am looking to replace my two main TVs in my family room and game room, and due to this issue, it surely will not be Samsung equipment.

Also, this set wasn't that easy to set up. I still don't know how to easily pull up YouTube when I turn it on. I have had older Samsung Smart TVs and they were much easier to figure out and also had a better picture.
