    I will totally recommend this tv. I gave 3 star because it says it supports Alexa but I guess the app is still under progress. Cant even connect to my Alexa spot or echo

    Honestly its a decent tv for the price but it doesnt handle motion very well at all and for a UHD tv, it has a low peak brightness, like 400 or something close to that

      Please know that this TV offers several preset Picture Modes and Advanced Picture Settings for fine-tuning image quality to your preference. You can find instructions on Page 92 of the e-manual:  http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201901/20190102114948285/ENG_US_KM2ATSCN-3.0.4.pdf

      If you notice blurring or juddering on the screen, use the Auto Motion Plus Settings function
      to resolve the issue.
      Home > Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Auto Motion Plus Settings

      Also, please know that the quality of the image on your screen depends on your source and connection.
      HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4K content will provide the best picture quality.
      The quality of your streamed content depends largely on the speed of your internet as most content providers have adaptive streaming that will automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth.

    Very disappointed with this model, you need to seat straight forward to this TV to see colors if you move the colors shades. That's not good at all for 4K TV!

    I returned this tv as the picture was very dull compared to tcl and Vizio of the same size. But I loved the browser, it’s as good as you can get in a TV.

    I'd give it 4 or 5 stars but for the skin tones which are not natural. There's too much of an orange hue & annoying to watch.

    Have trouble with tv coming on all by itself

    I have not been happy with the tv. I do have cable connected to this tv and use the universal remote provided by the cable co. For some reason the tv turns on by itself even after it has been turned off for hours, the cable portion does not come on just the tv. I contacted the cable co. and they say it is an issue with the tv and I should call the manufacturer. I contacted the tv manufacturer, they remotes into the tv, changed a few settings and said if I continue to have problems contact the cable company. That’s where I started.

    This Samsung TV looks good only if you see it completely from the front since if you are on one side, people's faces look very white and seem like ghosts. honestly I am disappointed, so I bought another model.

    The Spectrum app is faulty

    Geek guys not able to resolve the problem that the Spectrum app always requires a password. I figured out how to fix that by always exiting the app and restarting it. What a pain. Also after I set the sleep timer it is not clear how to get out of that setting. I was not shown how to do this.

      I am sorry that you are having trouble with the Spectrum app and the sleep timer.

      You can reset the sleep timer by following these steps:
      Go to Settings, then General, and then System Manager.
      Under Time, you will find Sleep Timer, and adjust it to your likings.

    Stopped working right after warranty expired.

    Bought December 16, 2018, but wasn't opened and used until day after Christmas. March 2020, left side of the screen went dark (backlight or something, I don't know). 12 month warranty, of course it stops working at 14 months. TV is kept in bedroom and not used often, maybe 2 hours a day max. Closer to an hour a day, 4-5 days a week. If Samsung doesn't make this right I probably won't buy another, and I've probably bought 20 of them in my life time. Just got a new 65" a few months ago.

    Been a Samsung advocate for years but we got a dud on this purchase. Picture quality was poor, Sound was sub par. We took it back and Best Buy took it with no problems. We purchased a Sony 42 inc smart tv and are extremely happy with it.
