I like the 3 HDMI inputs, plus coax antenna, and 2 usb ports, ethernet port. THe component input and audio 3.5 jacks are not elegant. The thin screen with 1/2" bezel allows for full width without being too big like those with wide bezels. Havent got any 4k content to view. Crisp, clean picture on HD sources, but movie channels like LIfetime, Hallmark, LMN, are showing in the older aspect ratios, so the upscaling that this TV does, can make this content a little jumpy. Online apps appear to work fine. Don't use them though, as my Dish account has Netflix and Prime and YouTube already.

This TV has a fantastic picture, and is super easy to use. My 10 yo loves the interactive screen and menues.

Medium size thin tv great for a limited wall space. Great picture & it is a smart tv for netflix & Prime access, too.

I used to work for Best Buy’s home theatre department and our team was actually was actually going out of our way to find out more about the tv’s we were selling on our heat wall. So I guess you could say I know a LITTLE bit more than the average consumer. That being said, this tv is great! No problem with refresh rate for sports, movies or video games. It’s very crisp and the color palate is excellent. Samsung (Lg and Sony) know how to build em. Definitely recommend.

This was a TV upgrade for our spare TV in the den. The smart TV functions are great and the picture is amazing.

Great TV for my bedroom, good quality and perfect size to my room. Good streaming. Only detail is works only on one band WiFi, never accepted to 5MHz Wifi

TV has an excellent picture. It was fairly simple to set up. Great value for the price. We use it for our bedroom.

The old very heavy television died. The replacement is MUCH lighter in weight, bigger screen and sharper.

This TV is very good and the price is right at Best Buy. The problem is with the Apps that are installed on the unit. There are some that work beautifully and we have no problems with. Many of the channels with the apps do not complete the connection and there is no way to get the sound. Best Buy will not help with the problem as the Geek Squad is not able to get involved. Samsung will not offer anything less than to refer us to the App designer. And The App designers say that they are having problems with being able to work the bugs out. We at this time have an Expensive TV that works with what works and does not work with many applications.

Bought this 4 weeks ago and glad I did. Nice picture, very simple set up. Added a sound bar for better sound.

This TV has a great picture. Just the right size and the right price with all the features I wanted.

It was time for me to upgrade my tv to a smart-tv. I had purchased other smart TVs for others in the family. Not wanting to have a large display and with hopes of a purchase price less than $500 I was shown this tv. It was exactly what I wanted. Others can tell you the technical features or you can look it up in consumers report. Either way you see the tv has all the desired features and at a great price when you purchase it from Best Buy.
