Thank you for choosing the 2021 Q60A QLED TV and for your review. There are several volume features you can enable/disable/adjust to your liking.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.
2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sound quality is horrendous along with the fact Ivan hardly hear it.and I have made my complaints to Best Buy along with buying a sound bar which I have not yet received. I had at least two appointments that no one from Geek Squad showed up for and after waiting and waiting both times, Geek Squad canceled well after proposed time of arrival. Yesterday after they cancel, I then get an email saying delayed shipment. Best Buy/Geek Squad service needs to be coordinated. I was never told that the sound bar was not at the West Paterson store for Geek Squad to pick up to bring here. Geek Squad was supposed to check into the TV sound along with installing the bar. I need someone from Best Buy to come for the TV sound. The Geek Squad is actually a trucking company and not affiliated with the Geek Squad in the store. I’m very concerned I’m stuck with a lemon and Best Buy is unresponsive. I have two other Samsung TVs here and both are good.

If i wanted the Apple lockdown on apps i would have bought Apple! Samsung "Smart" TV can only download apps from Samsung store. NOT Google Play as I can on my Smart TV of a different brand. Solar control goes dead if you do not remember to turn it upside down under a light source to charge when not using daily. Remote overall too small, control buttons too small, difficult to use if you have arthritis. Almost impossible to read what is on the remote. Would not recommend.

Don’t waist your money.

A joke, really. We had to buy a sound bar, an added expense, which periodically disconnects. Having to go back into settings to reconnect. A nuisance, and definitely not worth the money. We replaced an old tv because the sound was going, but that was better than this.

TV has problems

Now the TV won’t stay connected to the internet, so I can’t access Netflix. Hopefully when the Geek Squad person comes out on Wednesday to install the sound bar, they can correct the connection problem. At this point the TV is not an improvement over my 40” non-smart Samsung. I probably would not purchase it again.

Thank you for purchasing the Q60A TV and for sharing the details of your issue with Internet connectivity. A network issue may be the cause. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection:
1) Make sure that no items that can generate electromagnetic interferences are placed between the TV and the wireless/wired access point.
2) Check if the access point is turned on. If it is on, turn it off, wait 1 or 2 minutes, and then turn it on. Enter the correct password if required.
3) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.
4) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
5) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.
Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
