First off when I purchased this TV I talked to 3 different employees in the TV dept at Best Buy and asked each one of them if the legs had more than 1 set of holes/areas the legs could be placed giving the TV 2 different options for placement on top of furniture. I was told everytime that "yes" there was more than 1 option of places to put the legs into the TV. I found out this was not true when we tried to set the TV up at home. If I had know that I would not have purchased this particular TV. The look of the screen on this TV does not appear any better to me than a less expensive model I was also considering. Both models were samsung TV's. I do not like that the TV's today have these small, spindley type legs as opposed to the more sturdy platform type set ups of previous TV's. This does not give you and option to turn the TV to one side or the other when needed. Also the audio quality is not good. My previous TV was clearly heard and audible at 16 but this one has to be turned up to 34 or so. As far how long this TV/model works or holds up, I guess that remains to be seen as I have only had it a few weeks.

I'm sorry to hear of your in-store experience. Please know the 75" and larger Q60C TVs feature adjustable leg width. You may want to provide feedback directly to the Best Buy store where you made your initial purchase.
There are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences.
Change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

TV came in original box with all accessories except screw package for wall mounting. TV was in excellant condition and works great. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Very easy to navigate and the display is excellent. When the time to upgrade inside my house happens I will definitely consider these again

The compact remote is much easier to hold and use compared to my other TV's. First time I've used Alexa and it is great. Alexa finds most of the programming I look for without issue.
