Alexa and Remote

The compact remote is much easier to hold and use compared to my other TV's. First time I've used Alexa and it is great. Alexa finds most of the programming I look for without issue.

The remote however kind of sucks :-) but it's just going to take some getting used to. It's just a lot different than the older model Samsung TV remotes

Great tv, works perfect, everything in the box was new. Too advanced for my old WiFi routers, but now, after updating to Eero 6 E, works great.

Samsung Review

I was VERY disappointed to learn after purchase that the PIP function can only be done with a Galaxy phone, not a second video input. PIP was a big reason for picking Samsung.

It could be better

The web browser is very slow and after a few minutes becomes very sluggish and then comes to a halt. The TV loses connection to the remote and all buttons become inactive.

We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your xxx TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
To resolve the remote connectivity issues you've mentioned, you may first want to reset your remote by pressing and holding Return and Enter (the center of the navigation pad) for more than 10 seconds.
After performing the reset, you'll need to pair the remote to the TV again. To pair, stand within 1 foot of your TV, and press the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected.
If the remote is still not working:
1. Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
2. Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing.
3. Check to see if your remote is charged. You can check remaining battery by going to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery.

Great Picture but OS is not great

I want my PS5 and Xbox icons with my media apps. When you select gaming, the screen has a lot of stuff that I don't care about. But the picture is awesome. Sound is above average.

43” Samsung TV

Appointment didn’t happen until I called repeatedly. TV was not set up properly and there was no instruction on how to use. After complaining I was told I would receive a gift card for my trouble. Never happened.

Okay quality, good value

It gets the job done but the picture quality isn't the best. There's light bleed and dark spots in random places that are irritating whenever there are dark scenes but then again, I don't expect much for the price.
