I chose this TV as a replacement after reviewing several options. I was more than pleasantly surprised. The clarity of the picture is awesome. I can actually read the writing from a distance as if my eyesight suddenly improved. It is easy to manouver, Delighted with it.

Resolution is great color is great. Sound is just ok but I bought a sound bar with it so it sounds great with that. I like that it comes with Samsung tv free channels. And other streaming services already set up. First smart tv do I notice if WiFi is not working properly than the tv will reflect that.

The smart hub is ery different, but is easy to get used to and eaay to set up and add apps. The set up was also simple. If youve ever used a roku tv, youll like the remote. Its a bit more intuitive. I wish the tv were brighter, since that was the biggest drawback of my old tv. It seems you really have to spend a lot for the most premium samsung tvs to get those sort of features, butni still like it for my current needs.

I thought it will be delivered from there but it was delivered from 10 states north of Florida. Never mind, delivery took a few days but was in the forecasted period. TV arrived in good condition, set up was easy and everything works fine. The remote is easy to work with and with a little intuition it meets the requirement. Sound and picture are good, nothing to complain. I also use it as laptop monitor and it meets my requirements.

I have owned Samsung TV's before, and the quality is always good. Secondly the QLED Tv's have a better picture if you are off to one side not directly in front of the TV. The standard LED TV's if you are off at a 45-degree angle from the TV, the picture is distorted. Lastly for the size and quality the price was reasonable. Nice TV

The bad thing was the initial setup and making new accounts on it. But once you get past all that, it's all good. Also, you can't beat the price for the picture quality. Issues With Setup
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The tv couldn’t connect to my WiFi during setup no matter what I tried. I’m not sure if it’s a Samsung issue or it’s because I bought an “Open box excellent” tv to save a few bucks. Either way that’s the first & last time I try Samsung. At least I could hook up my Firestick to it so I could use it. In a good note, it has a nice picture and it’s fast.

Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity on your Q60C TV. This may be caused by a network issue. You might want to go through these steps to check your network connection:
1) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)
2) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.
3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.
5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
