Don't waste your money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Started having problems with black pixelated spots the night before Best Buy's 15 day no return policy. Now, we have to deal with Samsung support. They have to send someone to see if it can be fixed. What a hassle. The last Samsung TV died in 6 years. I'll never buy anything from Samsung again.

I was a little disappointed in the difficulty of finding certain apps that my other Samsung TVs have. Possibly the AI function adding the difficulty. It has a great picture.

Can be set up through SmartThings but it only works half the time. A little disappointing seeing this is the only reliable way of waking me up.

Very nice picture, decent sound. The only thing i dont like is the remote. Its very small and hard for me to pivk it up without changing something. I guess ill get used to it. But I would buy it again.

Only negative might be the remote uses a flat battery instead of AA or AAA. We'll see how long it works before needing to be replaced.

It was easy to assemble the legs and the television itself is very light. The colors are bold and bright for my casual gaming and video streaming needs. I bought a 43 inch version but it is perfect for my bedroom. Ordering online and using Best Buy’s curbside pickup was a breeze. You can’t go wrong with a Samsung TV.

Reasonable price, but other reviews are right..the remote is awful. Too small to be held comfortably, very little labeling on controls and what is there is so small and light it is almost impossible to read.

Some of the jacks/connections not included (I knew that when I ordered) made set up a little more complicated for soundbar hookup. So far everything I need is working fine. There may be some features I'll never use on the "smart" side but maybe I'll find some that I like. Overall, it's performing well and I'm happy with it.
