Actually returned this tv for a different brand, for the following reasons:
Picture quality not as good as it should be for a Samsung. Home screen too busy and complicated. Doesn’t allow closed captioning on some of our apps. But main reason is the remote is worst I have ever used. Volume button design is flawed.

Great tv. I always buy SAMSUNG products. We have 5 of their TVs and they make a great product.

The TV seems to be working fine. However, when I opened the box the remote, power cord & any instructions were missing. We had already mounted the TV to the wall. I returned to the store & at first they were wanting me to bring back the TV & exchange it. After some discussion they reluctantly opened another box & gave me a remote & cord. No operation manual. I went on line to download a copy.

Excellent picture quality, price and service excellent. The tv replaces an older tv in a spare room.

Love the size. The only thing it was difficult for the legs to be put on, they dont seem super secure either. But the picture is really good. Sound is ok, i connect to a sound bar via bluetooth.

Amazing picture quality, the tv looks so clear and it works so smoothly. Great finish and the smart hub works so well …. I will definitely recommend this TV to my family
