||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decent but the main reason I wanted a samsung TV was for multiview and it’s actually the most worthless feature ever. You can’t use multiple HDMI inputs, casting from my iPhone doesn’t work, it loses connection to my PC constantly and the only other input you can use with multiview is a webcam which doesn’t help at all. Plus, I got mine open box and it didn’t come with the power cord or remote charger.

Thank you for sharing your experience. While watching the TV, you can see content from your mobile device through mirroring.
When you start screen sharing with a mobile device (Smart View / Apple AirPlay / Tap View), the TV screen switches to Multi View screen, allowing you to watch multiple contents at the same time. You can also start Multi View by navigating to Settings > Multi View, then selecting the item you want from the Add View list. You can also select Make My Own to configure a custom layout and screen.
While running Multi View, app casting from your mobile device is run on Multi View. This function is not available in some apps.
Please also keep in mind that if an external device that connects to a receiver or Soundbar is used in Multi View, sound outputs from the TV speaker, not from the receiver or Soundbar. Q-Symphony is also not supported by Multi View.

This particular TV was listed as "Excellent Condition" which is what I usually look for. However spite it's rating, the TV arrived with no power cord, no remote, no legs for the tv as well as no manual. The problem was more with BestBuy customer service though as I've called in 5 separate times to resolve with "zero success". They keep routing me to the local store who understandably state I need to deal with the online dept. Sadly, BestBuy has decided to solely utilize overseas, third party vendors for that customer interaction. I can never speak to a manager and often get hung up on when they don't know what to do.
