Thank you for sharing your experience with your Q7F TV. Learn Menu Screen is an accessibility feature that helps users navigate on-screen menus with audio guidance. When enabled, your TV will announce the name and function of each menu item as you scroll through the settings – without making any actual changes. This is a helpful tool for users who are visually impaired or new to using Smart TV menus.
To enable this feature, go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit Learn Menu Screen, press the Return key twice.
You can also find helpful guides – including the full e-Manual – on our website. Just head to Samsung.com and navigate to: Support > Manual & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your TV model to download the guides you’d like.

Frustrating to Adjust

Occasionally it looks great, occasionally terrible...and I've spent many hours on research and experimentation. And in general, Smart TVs are a dumb product. You're so much better off using a computer for source content.

To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Options include:

Smart Television

Had to wait a week before they come out. Prior to that our neighbor came over and helped us out. It shouldn't be that difficult to setup.

We appreciate your review, and we're sorry for this misunderstanding. Your TV includes Auto Power Off, Sleep Timer, and Off Timer – each designed to reduce power use or automate shutoff. Sleep Timer and Off Timer let you schedule when the TV shuts off. Auto Power Off turns off the screen if the TV hasn’t been used for a while. To adjust these settings: Home > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving.

Streaming Services Drop Out

This is the most effort i have put into a tv. I have read many consumers are having the same issue with Samsung tv

Damaged TV
