    The AI adaptive picture quality is amazing. Jamaal and Dan delivered and installed the TV and they were outstanding in their help!

    I love the no-glare screen glass. It truly cuts ALL glare from windows and lamps! Also the picture is incredibly sharp with fabulous color and definition.

    The picture quality looked great in the store, but at home and installed, the anti-glare was too noticable when at an angle. It caused picture quality to appear less crisp. Returned TV

    I bought four of these tv's and so far two have had to be replaced within the first week of operation. One went out completely, and the other has a vertical dark shadow up the center of the tv.

    Geek Squad techs were excellent both on the phone and for installation but communication and efficiency on the phone including multiple contradictory messages and details were horrible frustratiing and counter productive regarding cultivating customer comfort convenience loyalty
