Awesome TV! Glad to get this its costly tho but its worth it

Bought an Open Box (Excellent-Like New) Frame TV from Best Buy’s website, and it was delivered with a crack in the shell of the TV. The online chat told me the store would help me. The store said all they could do is a return and told me to contact best buy over the phone to get a partial refund for the damage. The. Customer service on the phone told me they also could not off any compensation for the damaged product, only a return. BUY BRAND NEW IF YOU CAN. NEVER BUY OPEN BOX, BEST BUY WILL SCAM YOU AND DO NOTHING.

The TV is great, but be cautious about ordering open box (even in like new condition), if you want to ensure you receive all of the original parts. This TV especially, since it comes with it's own special mount. One disappointment for Samsung: You shouldn't be limited to a static wall mount when buying this specialty TV for displaying art. Offering the rotating mount for only 55" and greater is poor form.

Would never by a Samsung again especially a frame tv. Screen cracked while trying to hang on wall. REALLY! Thumb holding up normal pressure and cracked. Having hung min. 25 TV’s never has that happens or screen been so frail. Quality awful. Samsung New boxes now warns you. Frame tv box no warning, nothing ! Best Buy no support or help. Lost a good customer.

Great TV with so-so software. I’m not running into the same severity of software issues that other people are seeing. Also, the remote is not insanely jumpy like the fireTV I had previously. Looks great on the wall. My architect friends says that she puts one in basically every high end home. Has the “soap opera effect”, but I’ve reduced it a bit in the settings. I don’t think there’s a full off, which is a bit annoying. On the other hand, the image is insanely clear and easy to see, it may be the anti-glare or something but it’s a pleasure to watch.

I absolutely LOVE this TV! I am complimented all the time. Very sleek! Smart features are amazing, can work from your phone, though the remote is fine. Really awesome piece of tech. The biggest thing to note is that the hdmi and video drivers are in a separate module making for a clean install if you have a place to put it. I wish all tvs had this option so HDMi and USB connections would be easier. I also live the motion sensing that a regular tv does not have so it goes to sleep when no one is around. we uploaded our own images and use the free images available to us. the larger library of images does cost a monthly fee which I ma not willing to pay for on top of the, already, pricy tv this started out to be. image quality if superb and response time from the rechargeable, solar remote is great.

I’ve Dreamed of this TV ever since I first saw it but I honestly couldn’t afford the outright price. As I was leaving the store, one of the -I believe- managers asked, “Are you going to get it?” He was a very nice man. He wasn’t pushy at all. He simply said it with a wink and smile attitude. I prayed about it and walked right back in and applied. He even walked me to where I needed to go and got me to the right person. I truly appreciate that service. With Best Buy’s help, I was able to bring this Beautiful TV home! It makes me emotional, that’s how much I love it.* Put it this way, I’ve refused to put a TV in my room and now, I have one. I’ve experienced both the knockoff version and the Samsung. You can tell the difference in the screen. The matte finish makes all the difference; it looks like a real photo which is so Beautiful and Amazing! The options for the art are spectacular as well. Thank you so much for making a way for my Dream! Genuinely. It means so much to me. I can’t wait to hang it!! {For those on a budget, or who refuse to pay a ridiculous amount for a frame, there are DIYs for making the frame easily and affordably. Happy decorating!!}

I’m not a fan of Samsung but this Frame TV actually surprised me with how much I like it. First off the TV looks great on the wall and when hung it’s practically flush to the wall with an imperceptible gap. I decided to also buy the optional teak frame and that really completed the “art frame” look. Of course, as with all Samsung products the app itself is crap compared to Apple native apps, but I was able to figure out how to create and upload my own wallpapers after a bit of playing around. This TV does have a “gaming” setting and the performance is actually pretty good when used with my PS5. It only has a 60Hz refresh rate, but if you’re ok with that then you’ll be pleased with the performance. I also like the fact that the screen is matte because it gives it more of a gaming monitor feel as opposed to the typical high-gloss TV finish. Overall it does what I was hoping and looks great in the process. Highly recommended.

For the price there are far better options than The Frame. LG OLED C3 for one, a 48” at the Samsung 43” price - a far better deal. You want art? Add Loupe, and let your TV be. Samsung OS is a mess - and on launch of the TV, you get Samsung TV and an unintuitive UX. I was unable to connect Apple TV (a common problem) and you need something like Apple TV or Roku to bypass the disaster OS. I returned The Frame, picked up Sony A90 - and everything was smart, fast and tuned to me without all the noise and spinning wheels Samsung presents. I plugged in Apple TV and it works flawlessly. Best about Sony is when you select settings, it doesn’t disrupt your program and launches in a slick, easy to navigate submenu. Samsung pulls you back to their atrocious home screen with volume blaring audio from channels that don’t matter to me. I love the concept of The Frame yet ironically this product is not artful. It’s really cheap. When you finally do get to the art, the experience calms down a bit and the images do look great. Sony feels so much more sophisticated and smart with a great and simple remote with backlit keys. The Samsung remote looks and feels sleek, but includes a gimmicky solar panel for charging and unintuitive controls.

beautiful picture easy to use Best Buy Geek Squad did excellent job installing, mounting on wall and getting connected with WIFI and satellite. This is the second one of these I've purchased. The other is in another room.

This has been so beneficial for us. It hangs just as promised and is snug against the wall. It was surprising! And it's great that there is only one cord hanging from it as everything else connects differently than usual. made the area much less cluttered. Now to figure out the remote! It is not hard, but can do so many different things so understanding the multiple uses of the buttons takes a bit of time. Still worth the effort though. Picture is great and we are enjoying it so much. Can even upload your own artwork to the Frame to display whatever you wish without subscribing to the Art Store.

Enjoying the Smart TV. I'm no techie but am hoping the TV will show me how to use it. I do not like the remote because it has no numbers on it and you have to hold down a button and tell it what channel you want. If you try to go from a low channel number to a much higher one, say #5 to #54, there is no "speed dialing" getting there because the thing freaks out about half way to your destination and loses it's place. I'm guessing it can't load up fast enough. I find I have to go to 'home' and re-click on 'live TV'. Hoping I can find another remote.

This is a great TV! Picture is great! Very lightweight. Easy to set up. Good colors. Will buy another one bigger size.
