Bought the 43" tv when on sale by Samsung. Very easy to install. Extremely low profile against the wall. Went to Michaels and bought a custom picture frame to cover the existing TV frame. With art mode on it looks like a painting. Especially the matte glass helps with the image.

We have 3 of these tvs for our kids rooms. I love the ability to make it look like its an art piece and alos its low profile on the wall. It so light weight and really just great. The volume does suck a bit but we fixed this issue with a speaker. Our kids love it.

Everything I expected. The mount is thin and flush with the wall and the painting when off look like a painting rather than a screen saver. Standard paintings are good, but most of the better options require $50 annual subscription. One thin white wire from unit to control box is unobtrusive.

I was not originally looking to purchase yet ANOTHER TV, but I was looking for a large digital photo frame for my wife for Christmas and quickly realized that they either don't exist in sizes bigger than 20" or are cheap pieces of crap... or both. Eventually, I came across this and although more than I originally wanted to spend, the features (4k resolution, variety of screen sizes, frame software) and multitasking ability (doubles as a TV) are what ultimately sold me. I bought this to use primarily as a display piece for all the nice/print worthy family photos we have, but don't tell her I can also use it on race day as an additional display XD

My 2019 Samsung 4k tv died the other night with the infamous black screen on the left. Not wanting to be without a tv to game with on my 4 day weekend approaching, I ordered this Samsung Frame TV overnight since it said 120hz on the website, and had HDMI 2.1. I set it up last night and was disappointed. The picture looks great and the tv is nice, but I am thinking 120hz is NOT supported due to the OneConnect box essentially routing the HDMI into that box, and then connecting to the TV via the optical (or whatever they call it) Cable that plugs into the TV. I ordered the above TV and will use what I have until it comes in next week, but looking forward to full 120hz on my Series X Xbox. I searched everywhere and couldn't get a definitive answer on The Frame TV supports 120hz 4k gaming, but even when I manually adjusted my Xbox settings, it kept saying not compatible on the TV.

I bought two. One works perfectly. The other one stopped working after 3 days. I have the 5 year service agreement so it will be fixed. But its a pain that it stopped working. The picture on the one that works is gorgeous and the art is beautiful. When it is in art mode youd never know it was a TV. Not disappointed in the one that works at all.

We bought this as our second frame tv for our rv renovation. It’s sleek design goes great in our camper and the fact that it sits flat on the wall and takes up less space than the old tv that stuck out 5 inches off the wall made us super happy. It really looks like a piece of art when it’s in screen saver mode and Samsung has thousands of art choices to pick from. The picture quality is great and the no glare screen is perfect!

The wife loves it. I feel like the life like picture is a little too realistic. I miss the artistic feel of cinema and film that you feel with TVs that are are not as high def. The tv is great, the picture looks like a real work of art but its hard for me to watch a movie on it because its too realistic and to me it takes away from a film.

Overall, I like the TV. The mounting brackets could be improved. I do love how tight the TV mounts against the wall. The remote is very touchy and does not light up. The channel and volume up and down is not good. Picture quality is good but does not compare to the OLEDs TVs we own. Nice addition to the bedroom. Purchased several art works from Etsy. Much cheaper.

We like this tv so much we had a buy a second one! They are not inexpensive so we bought 2 open box once and they have both been great. The size of the 43 inch is great. Its not too big, and with an Etsy frame it does look like a picture. We have a high mantle on the fireplace, so it’s a tough space because it’s kind of short, but this is perfect. And with the thin cord it blends in perfectly.

Have had this TV for a little less than a year, it’s a great picture, fun to have it in “art mode” — but a huge problem.. it drops internet connectivity constantly. We’ve troubleshot it with Samsung, upgraded to a 1G mesh network (every other device in the house works flawlessly). About 25% of the time, we cannot watch TV on this. No troubleshooting works, it just magically reconnects a couple hrs later and will work for a few days. Then drop again for a day or two. Sad to replace a $1000 TV in less than a year but this is where I’m at. No help or support from Samsung.

Amazing picture and easy to add in personal photos

One of my favorite purchases in a long time. Quality product. Elected to use the tv stand than to mount. Picture quality is awesome. I love the art features.

This is our purchase of the Samsung Frame, we liked the first one so much which we bought 5 years ago. This new model has an even slimmer frame which I like for minimalist look. It sits pretty well flush against the wall for very clean look. We separately purchased a compatible gold frame, which I think gives it a much more bespoke look - why we purchased this to begin with, to display photos like art. My only complaint (compared with the older Frame we have) is that it is much harder to get to your own saved photos or art. They make you scroll down all the ones they are trying to sell to you first . I recommend this TV for those looking for a more streamlined look of a TV on their wall than a normal clunky TV (even those slim models).

The newest and BEST TV in the house. I've wanted one if these since they came out and I'm so glad I found one on an open box deal. Such a great idea display art when the TV is idle. I just stare at it in awe. I can add my own art as well. Samsung I'm giving you a TV hug for this one.
