    Excellent picture. Looks nice in my den. TV is flat against the wall and looks just like a picture when the tv is not in use!

    18 months old and now there is a black, horizontal line of dead pixels running through the middle of the screen! Do not buy.

    Worst TV ever! One connect is a joke. I can barely use my TV because the one connect box doesn't work right, which makes it a paper weight. Wish i never bought it.

    We had to get a new tv due to the first Samsung frame developed a black line through it. After three weeks of purchase, the new tv began to buffer, and then the lip sync was off. Next it began to lose connection and now it won't play at all. Tried to get geek squad through the store but was told I needed to do it myself. We also had to get a sound bar as the voice quality is poor

    Missing wall mount

    Paid full price to avoid any problems that came with open box, only to find I received an open box which was missing wall mount. Don’t undertake why the package was opened ‘for inspection’ when it is Comin directly from Samsung. Will never shop Best Buy again, what a scam.

To assist you in the learning the various features, functions, and settings of the remote, you can download the Solar Cell Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select The Frame TV under Lifestyle TVs > B Model Lineup to download the guides you would like.

      The Remote Guide is also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support.

    Tv was constantly making pulsing noises and should have been replaced but customer service was so bad I just returned it instead and will buy again from Samsung or on Amazon.

    Nice TV hardware with lousy software

    I just purchased a 43" Frame TV from Bestbuy. The TV itself, picture quality and TV function is good. I bought this for the Art Mode to show pictures. In general the pictures look very good. The issue is the software and options to load pictures and display them. The Smartthings app does not work properly with iPhone to load pictures to the TV. This is a basic function I assumed to have and it seems lame this is not supported in a $900 TV. The slideshow app seems weak in terms of timings and options to show pictures from a USB drive. I would like more options. It's not clear from the doc if when I 'send' a photo to the TV if the photo is going to the Cloud or to the TV itself. The app support in general is confusing, poor, and does not work. The motion sensor on/off function does not work. The mount that comes with the TV is poor and I ended up buying a better mount instead. It's a shame, if they would clean up some of these issues I would give it a much higher score.

    Good alternative to the eye sore of a tv

    Overall the picture is great and there is a a good selection on the art store. I much prefer having this over my fireplace than a regular tv. However, the app can be finicky at times and the actual snap on frame part could look more realistic and high quality. I do think it is worth it for those who care about not having the tv at a focal point in their home.

    Overall happy with the purchase. We got the 42” which is just a little too small, if you can go up in size I would. The image quality isn’t as impressive as other leading TV’s but the glare free, matte finish is as good as advertised. It does look better than your average black hole tv on the wall too.

    It really looks like a work of art. The colors and resolution is outstanding. Very easy to set up a use. Ability to use either free images, downloaded images, or subscription allow the user to customize.
