Great TV, Samsung always comes through. Even though I don't get a 4K input from my cable, the upscaling definitely make the picture better. TV also has noticeably improved smart tv interface and OS from my few year old smart TV. Excellent TV for the price.

Got this TV as a Christmas gift, and my father-in-law is obsessed. He has never had a smart TV before and he’s loving all the apps on his TV. He can go from Netflix to Hulu to even Disney+ in a couple clicks of the remote. I’m Happy he’s happy. 

The TV works great. The picture is clean and the color is bright. When it is time to buy a gift for my family I will buy a Samsung-43" class TU690T crystal UHD 4K Smart Tizen TV.

Awesome TV. My new TV is an inch bigger. Which is awesome. Did not break on the way to my house. I had to get a new tv because my other tv broke on the way to my new house.

The TV is really good. It has a great picture and sound. However, I was very disappointed In the fact that the remote does not have an illumination option. In other words, you can’t see the remote in the dark. I purchased a Samsung TV 10 years older than this and the remote lights up. Just kind of disappointing but the price was very reasonable.

Perfect for what we needed. The TV is easy to set up and has great functionality, great resolution. Picking up from the store was fast and easy! No complaints at all!

I am using this 43” Samsung 4K TV in my bedroom, and generally use it in low room light conditions. I found it easy to setup and start using right away. I did spend a little time in the settings app on the TV the first few days making adjustments to various characteristics to get the picture to look the way I prefer. I added a Samsung sound bar and subwoofer system to the setup to enhance the sound quality. Overall I am very happy with my purchase, and find the system meets my expectations for a relatively inexpensive TV for the bedroom. The picture and sound quality are quite good for an entry level 43” UHD LED TV.
