I’m use to voice assist to go anywhere or find anything. Everything has to be typed out in the search bar. The first one arrived damaged but they did replace it pretty quickly. Set up was pretty easy. Picture is average I was expecting more from what the description was. I wanted the next size up but they charge a delivery fee on that one so I got the smaller one. This is the 43.” For the price it’s OK. I wanted to get an identical Toshiba as the one I got 3yrs ago from Best Buy for my living room. The first one went in the bedroom & still works perfectly.

Perfect size and great picture quality. Samsung never disappoints.

Nice picture quality and rapid response when maneuvering through the features. A practical purchase for myself and a fair value. Sound quality through TV speakers alone, seems to be a bit "muffled".

There are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences. Change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.
You can customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings.

Bestbuy was also such a help with a returning issue, made the whole process so easy for us. Overall 5 out of 5 on every aspect.

I’ve chatted on multiple occasions and it was easy to talk to a human and resolve my query. The TV itself offers incredible value for the price with a brilliant and crisp display. I don’t use any of the ‘smart’ functions as my Apple TV takes care of all of that, which is a perfect pairing. The smart remote is also setup to control volume on my AV + control the Apple TV. Incredibly pleased with this purchase!
