Software for apps runs very slow which is fine cause i have an xbox hooked up. Only real problem is that it has a Screensaver on by default. It tried to put it on while watching YouTube on xbox. It made it look as if the backlight died. You could barely see the video but it was there. After a factory reset and disabling the Screensaver it runs fine. Sound is a little low but there is a amplify sound option that does help. Pretty average tv speakers.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with slow apps and low volume. To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
