Software is very slow when it comes to switching Apps, turning channels and changing options. There is a 3-5 second delay, which is annoying as it feels like an old iPAD. The mirror feature from your Apple product to the TV is decent. It works really well one moment and then it works somewhat decent another. Sometimes it cuts off and you'll have to disable the Bluetooth and enable it again. With these features getting better and better, I would expect this to be somewhat perfected by now. Overall, great picture. But, the features are average at best.

To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

We had an older Plasma that was great but it was not a smart tv. We use it in our bedroom and now she can stream all of her “90 day shows.” Good picture. Sound could be better.
