A geek squad tech stated some of these TV'S had a bad audio and this one did. Boxed it up, scheduled for a pick up since I had paid for shipping. #1 TV picked up one week later and #2 TV delivered. Replacing the TV remote as well that came with the TV . Not the most user friendly. Samsung is usually a reliable brand. I got the 43 inch Tizen but will upgrade with my next TV.
