Best deal ever!!! Very happy best buy always has great deals

Love this tv was perfect for my room. Tv color could be better but i’m not complaining since I rarely watch tv, Mainly just use it to watch movies time to time.

I purchased an open box item in "excellent" condition, but when it arrived at my home there was no remote. No one could find a power button on this tv either, so it was basically useless. Excellent condition means everything works and nothing is missing, yet Best Buy would not provide a remote. They wanted me to purchase an off brand one that would have put my total cost above what a new TV costs anyway. There was no way to power on the TV or use any features or even change the channel or volume...IE NOTHING WORKS! Best Buy refused to make it right. I was forced to buy a new TV and return one wasting hours of my valuable time and mileage on my car too when their customer service lines couldn't tell you anything other than that I had to drive an hour to one store...then another hour to the next store where open boxes were sent. So stupid, and they just about lost a customer here.

We had a different brand and could not get it to work correctly. The Samsung hooked up to our internet\wifi provider and worked perfectly. Without reservation I highly recommend this TV.

It has a bright screen that works well with my sound bar. I downgraded from a 55" to this 43" because the other screen the other was getting dull. I rapidly adjusted to the size.

Great picture but the wifi is absolute gargabe unless it's directly next to your router

He was mainly concerned that I got what I wanted without any pressure tactics yet made sure I had everything I expected of the Samsung TV and Xbox. Pleasant conversation and the sale was done. One Christmas shopping adventure that was actually fun.. Happy Holidays to all. Will use this store again.

I bought this Samsung TV because I have heard that they have the best tuner. I live in a bad area for TV signals. I replaced a Toshiba tv which I liked much better. I don't know if I gained any signals w/Samsung, as I would have to have them up at the same time on the same station. I really miss the feature to be able to switch from a Roku channel to a TV channel w/previous button. This only goes to last tv station. Maybe this is because I do not like the smart TV for streaming. I have Roku and would have to setup every service I use, Couldn't be bothered. This smart tv was the cheapest Samsung, wondering why. Would think it would be more expensive. Maybe some other people don't like them either? These criticisms many not be valid on regular Samsung models.

This new Samsung replaced my previous Samsung. It has a great picture and sound. It’s very easy to operate once it’s set up, which is not hard. Lots of options I haven’t gotten to yet. I have always had great experience with Samsung. I did get the same extended warranty and used it because my tv runs all day and most of the night, seven days a week.

Very nice TV for the price. The Samsung smart TV platform has all the apps you could want, YouTube, Twitch, Spectrum, etc.

I know I’m going to happy with my purchase, but I can’t add any real data because they are for our new house! We move in 5 weeks! THEN I can give them 5 stars after installation.

The picture quality is awesome and I’m generally happy with the TV. Giving it one star short of 5 for the initial setting up. I have several smart TVs none of which are Samsung. This was the most confusing setup I’ve seen. It appears you have to sign up for a Samsung account and supply a credit card. I didn’t complete setup as a result. I mostly use this as a monitor for my Apple TV. I don’t feel I should have to pay nor have to have a Samsung account. I don’t for my other TVs and I use apps on those. I’m an IT professional and do not consider the setup to be user friendly unless maybe you hand over your credit card.

This TV meets our needs, within our parameters. It had to fit on a 36" table and not obstruct our window view.

I like the TV and all the features. It is nice not to have to have a cable box hooked up with it. Samsung TV has a large amount of channels and I can stream from many sites.

Another Samsung product in our house. Trusted brand. Best Buy pricing is truly a best buy for our household.

Great picture, decent sound, terrible TV. The controls on this thing are about as responsive as a coma patient. No amount of updates or resets have fixed it. Just bad software.
