Good TV!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a pretty good television. The only problem I have is the power cord seems a little short. That’s however because I have it mounted on the wall. Luckily I was able to use my old Samsung TV cable which is longer to be able to reach. I know I could of bought a small extension cord but I prefer not having to buy extra equipment. Regardless tv works well and up to date to Smart TV standards.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the TU690T TV's operating system and Bluetooth connectivity. Please know we are here to help and have a few suggestions that may improve your experience.
First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
Next, regarding connecting Bluetooth devices, please know they must be paired using the TV's Bluetooth function. Go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth. If your Bluetooth device is not connecting to the Samsung TV, please try the following:
- If the TV fails to find a Bluetooth audio device, place the device closer to the TV and select Refresh.
- When you turn on a paired Bluetooth audio device, the TV detects it automatically and then displays a pop-up window. Use this pop-up window to activate or deactivate the Bluetooth audio device.
You can check the Connection Guide for detailed information regarding connecting your speakers. Go to Source > Connection Guide > Audio Device > Bluetooth.
Note: The sound quality may be affected by the condition of the Bluetooth connection.
