Waste of time calling there help line!

I called customer service about returning it After arguing with the rep she finally agreed to have it sent back UPS for free. Should not have had to fight as the TV was shipped damaged.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I usually have good luck with Samsung, and I read the reviews and saw there is a possibility that you will get one of the TV’s that have issues. Get the protection plan on this one. You get what you pay for sometimes. Bought this a few years ago. It works, but mine does have issues with the TV freezing up and not responding when it is first turned on. After turning off once or twice, it will work. However, it is a bit annoying to turn on and have it freeze up. Have to turn off once or twice and turn back on to have it work properly. Good luck.
