Great tv for the price. I purchased this tv for the sole purpose of reviewing security footage and streaming a live feed from cameras. The price was definitely great and the quality of the picture was definitely a welcome upgrade to our old 1080p tcl. Unfortunately i can’t really comment on the sound Quaility but overall we are satisfied with our new tv

We neede to replace a tv in our family room and this Samsung Crystal clear UHD tv was perfect for this room. Crystal clear is one of the best tvs we have! The picture are so vibrant, and yes extremely clear, that you get amazed each time you watch a show or movie as you can see every detail! Our daughter has claimed this tv and is very happy that this Samsung comes with its own HD channels loaded already! The remote is easy to use and guide button makes channel surfing better than ever to ehlp find programs faster for her. The color pallette is so vivid on each show,etc that you just get wowed.

Bought this set and had it delivered to my house since the stores don't carry it in stock. Love it so far with quality of picture great, navigation pretty good I believe, and sound acceptable. I did ask a ? about why it doesn't recognize my old Toshiba DVD player/recorder better. I can play through HDMI2 port and record via RCA cables from my DISH box. However, when I power up the DVD player, Samsung TV acts like it is an Unknown device even though I clearly defined it as going to HDMI2 port. Once again I can use it but it should not show up as Unknown device and also have to exit an annoying screen. It should remember it from the last time I powered up my DVD equipment...Samsung isn't very smart on this. Other people have seen what I'm talking about and agree with my issue.

Best Buy made buying easy online and delivered with care. This tv is the perfect size and it has a beautiful picture. Samsun is a quality proven product.

Bought this for a play room in our house. Could not be happier with the quality of this product for the price we paid. The only complaint I could have about it is the fact that the sound icon for mute remains flashing on the screen when sound is turned all the way down. This is how we like to watch sports at times since sound is not always needed, so it is a little annoying for that one issue. But I have another Samsung TV that does the same thing, so it was something expected when I bought this one.

This Samsung Tizen is a beautiful TV. I was so happy to get it for my exercise room. And when the technician had it all set up, programmed in and set on the wall mount I looked at it and saw 3 scratches on the screen. One is more of a gouge. Now I have to spend more money on a comparable tv with no compensation to show that Best Buy technician messed up my brand new tv. I am not a happy customer. This is a new for me as I have always been very happy with Best Buy products and customer service.

I gifted this tv for my mother as a christmas after gift.it was an after thought thats why i refer it as a after christmas gift lol but my mom and lil sister appreciates the simplicity of the connectivity to their smartphones this tv offers and they appreciate the quality and look of the tv with its smart energy consumption options it offers too. Its a perfect way to watch the Project Veritas videos of the Pfizer Exec admitting to ga1n of function research the company is taking but provoking hormones in women go haywire.
