I call my Samsung 43" TV a SMALL BUT TERRIBLE piece of appliance. I love this for having a tv station and for easy use and set up. Highly recommended to all buyers who wants to try a different brand.

Once I figured out how to work the remote, it's great. Good sound quality, and the picture is great. Not too bright for someone that suffers from migraines or seizures. And it is no dull either it's just right.

awesome tv and great for the price, i have a series X hooked up, and gaming on it is beautiful, even the speakers on the tv are loud and cool details to my games

I had been very happy with my old Samsung TV but it sadly died after just 5 years. I wanted something similar and this seemed to fit the bill. Picture quality is excellent like the old TV and the audio is better. Unfortunately, the first set I brought home had gotten missed during quality control - the back panel was all askew and the connections were loose. When I connected my antenna to the coax I got zero channels - whereas the prior set pulled in 31 locals. Fortunately Best Buy made the exchange process easy and the replacement set was put together properly. For some reason though, this new model still doesn't get very good antenna reception even though the TV and antenna are in the exact same place. Otherwise, it seems to be OK. I like the extra channels Samsung gives you and setup is pretty simple. For the price, it's a pretty decent set.

Love my new tv. Best Buy assisted with my purchase and geek squad set up. They were awesome. Thank you for such wonderful support and customer service.

Product is good for the price but buy it elsewhere. Best Buy’s service is absolutely terrible. They should be embarrassed. Maybe it’s the Vernon Hills store and how it’s run but you can never find anyone working. I’ve been there three times in the last month and it’s been the same. Each time, I had to walk all the way to the front of the store to ask someone at the register to call someone to help me. No one ever showed up. I had an “associate” walk by me 3 times, avoiding eye contact. He helped me when I repeatedly called out and followed him requesting help the third time. Never seen the manager once even after looking for them. Unbelievable and consistent. Geek squad has been consistently helpful but not enough to save the rest of the store. I won’t be going back.

Works great in our MS youth room! The picture is very sharp and clear. I'm going to buy the same one for our HS youth room.
