Thank you for your review. If you're not hearing sound from your xxx TV, please try the following:
• Check your volume and mute settings, and confirm external speakers are powered on.
• If using HDMI ARC/eARC, make sure you’re using a certified HDMI cable and go to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > HDMI eARC Mode = Auto. Also enable Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) under External Device Manager.
• For Optical, be sure the external audio device is on before connecting, and set Sound Output = Optical.
• For Bluetooth, try unpairing and reconnecting: Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List
• For Wi-Fi speakers, use: Sound Output > Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup and make sure both devices are on the same network.
You can also try running a Sound Test: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test

The 4K Crystal UHD display is incredibly sharp, and the colors really pop right out of the box. Even the sound quality exceeded my expectations for a TV this size. The Tizen interface is snappy and makes finding my favorite streaming apps a breeze. It’s the perfect upgrade for a bedroom or smaller living space—highly recommended!

It’s nice having an extra television of this caliber in the bedroom to keep up with news or watch something. SAMSUNG TVs are always well designed and they work great. I can’t ask for more!

Have one in my TV room. Picture is good. Sound is a little tinny but got it where I want it. You have some controls but not the amount you find on high end TV’s. Easy set up. The set is not heavy. Easy to pickup for a 71yr. old. Great purchase for $279 on sale!!
