    I have a Geek &!Best Buy Account. I’m unsure why customers have to pay over $350 to configure their TV. If something is wrong with TV, the customer would have to wait for another appointment for something that takes <10 minutes. This is ridiculous & robbing customers. This is your TV & I paid for delivery & installation.
