This Samsung tv is far superior to the TV it replaced. I am very pleased with the quality of both the picture and the sound. There are plenty of preloaded apps which are sure to please the whole family.

I had been very happy with my old Samsung TV but it sadly died after just 5 years. I wanted something similar and this seemed to fit the bill. Picture quality is excellent like the old TV and the audio is better. Unfortunately, the first set I brought home had gotten missed during quality control - the back panel was all askew and the connections were loose. When I connected my antenna to the coax I got zero channels - whereas the prior set pulled in 31 locals. Fortunately Best Buy made the exchange process easy and the replacement set was put together properly. For some reason though, this new model still doesn't get very good antenna reception even though the TV and antenna are in the exact same place. Otherwise, it seems to be OK. I like the extra channels Samsung gives you and setup is pretty simple. For the price, it's a pretty decent set.

Great Picture and sound plus easy to navigate programming instructions. Made the transition from my old flat screen easy and stress free. This is the 2nd Samsung flat screen smart TV I have purchased within last 2 months. Great value for the buck.

The tv is good; however, the remote is very tiny and challenging to use, especially for older/elderly adults. The buttons/controls were confusing and not labeled so we had to use the universal remote from the old tv. Too hard to switch between apps so they can’t use any of the smart features/apps. This was a gift.

super happy with the tv. super happy with Best buy listing all the dimensions for everything. I have a unique TV stand and had to know the width between the feet on the TV. Best buy had me covered. no other website listed that much information in the specifications

Decent TV. However, not any better than the 15 year old Sony 40" that I replaced it with. Technology is more advanced of course but really could not see any improvement in picture quality. I ended up returning this TV after some time for a comparable Sony that I think is a little better pic.

Works great and great value. SO Appearantly it's not a quality review unless you have at least 50 characters..... Ridiculous!

I’ve been a Samsung customer for years. My recent purchase was to replace an older 50” that the background light failed……. It was very easy to setup…….. Very happy…….

it is excellent for its price i have sony bravia which is 3 times more expensive and it feels as its good

Great quality picture! Wish the power cord plugged in away from the area of where bracket attachs in the rear of the tv. Initially I did not see the opening and then couldn't find where to plug in. I had to remove the bracket to find it.
