I have a unique TV stand and had to know the width between the feet on the TV. Best buy had me covered. no other website listed that much information in the specifications

Just what we wanted at an attractive price

Terrific picture clarity and the Wi-Fi set-up and performance are first rate. But please Samsung (and most other consumer electronics manufacturers) - please more than a bare bones quick start guide shipped with the product

Remote and app selection confusing but good tv

The buttons/controls were confusing and not labeled so we had to use the universal remote from the old tv. Too hard to switch between apps so they can’t use any of the smart features/apps. This was a gift.

A TV for my mother that makes her life better.

The only issue was the initial connection was not easy to set up, and the remote was somehow stubborn to function. After everything worked correctly has been a good thing to have.
