"Bust Buy" is NOT Best Buy!

I took it back to the store in Chelsea at 23ed Street in Manhattan where i purchased it. Only to be told that they can not take it back and I had a window of 16 days to bring it back for any reason. Now, I will have to keep it or recycle it! I was never offer to purchase an extended warranty or even a Geek Squad membership which is good for 5 years! I am disgusted! I will never buy another product from Best Buy because they are "hustlers!

Met Expectation with one exception

Thank you for your review. To help stabilize volume levels, try enabling the Auto Volume function, which automatically adjusts sound when switching channels or inputs: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume > On.

TV won't stay on

Either way, its unusable and has done this since we first set it up. Since we bought it in advance for a build out, we are past the return window and now stuck with a brick.

And a few days after Christmas she took it out the box and set everything up and said it played fine. Later that night she said it wouldnt turn on just a black screen and she's tried it several times afterwards and till nothing. So yea its definitely going back to the store for a return or refund. Hopefully I bought just a bad apple out of the bunch.
