I bought this as a gift for my son. He had a 10 year old TV so this was quite an upgrade. I read reviews on Consumer Reports and chose the purchase based on that. He loves it.

BOUGHT THIS TB FOR MY FATHER & MOTHER IN LAW HE HAD A 19 INCH TV IN HIS LIVING ROOM HE LOVES IT AND ALL THE SMART FEATURES AND THE HD BLOWS THEM AWAY. ALSO THE FIRST ONE WE BOUGHT THE UPS DRIVER CLAIM HE LEFT IT ON THE PORCH WHICH IS KIND OF DUMB SINCE MY FRONT DOOR FACES A SIDE STREET AND THE TV WOULD COVER MY WHOLE FRONT ENTRANCE AND HE DIDNT EVEN RONG THE DOORBELL NEEDLESS TO SAY IT DISAPPEARED XMAS TIME AND AFTER DAYS OF GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH UPS AND BEST BUY AND XMAS 2 DAYS AWAY BEST BUY IN WOODLAND STEP TO THE PLATE AND REPLACE MY IN LAWS TV I WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR THEIR GENEROSITY AND PROFWSSIONALISM.

We were concerned that my mom would have difficulty operating the controls and features with a new T.V. Not the case thus far with this model. The exceptional picture quality is as expected with a Samsung.

excellent picture, sound : not a lot of volume, but enough for our room. glossy panel reflects room lamps. would have preferred matte panel but not too irritating so far.

Samsung makes great tv's. The last one lasted 10 years so when it died it was another Samsung. Easy to set up great picture

The television is mounted on the wall and can be swiveled left or right and up or down. You can focus it directly perpendicular to your line of sight. The color is excellent and the size is perfect. I love the remote. Being able to speak the channel number is a great time saver and is so easy. Also the remote does not need to be aimed directly toward the TV, a great feature. And it is Samsung quality!

Bought this for my parents as a holiday gift and they absolutely love it. Great picture and clarity like all Samsung tvs. Well worth every penny and a great product!!!

Wanted to upgrade from a 32 inch flat screen TV with limited space availability. This 48" TV was the ideal purchase. For the price, the sound and picture are amazing.

This tv was priced just right and was very good quality. If your looking for a TV with a great picture and don't need all the bells and whistles then this is for you

tv was a return. everything was there it really works well. I was pleasantly surprised . I have not had good luck in past when purchasing returns at other stores
