    This TV is great. Good a good deal on it. The only small criticism, which someone else mentioned, is the volume from this TV. It is set on a 1 to 100 scale and I have it set at about 90 for a regular level of sound. Aside from this, it's a great TV. You can always pair it with a sound bar if you are looking for more sound.

    The quality of the picture on this "non-smart" TV is as good as those that offer many other features. The setup and simplicity of operation is great.

    Product is good. However, I spent over $600 on a TV that would not fit into my car. Why was I NOT offered free delivery - from Mays Landing to Absecon? A short, maybe 20 minute trip. An on-line order would have shipped free! I chose to support my local store and the jobs of it's employees! For that I was punished. Disappointed in the lack of customer loyalty support.

    I checked best buy reviews before making this purchase. The picture is perfect and it is an extremely good value for a 48 inch tv. I feel confident buying samsung products and would purchase it again

    While this has a nice picture,and the price was fair, I am disappointment more than pleased. Virtually no on-set controls, everything pretty much is via the remote, and remotes usually do not last long. The owners book is woefully inadequate, you need to call customer service or go on line to really find out what the set can do or cannot do. And finally, devices plugged into it have very low volume, a near 100% level must be used on a VCR or DVD player to get decent volume. I'm thinking of another brand next time.
