I have several Samsung tv and this one doesn't disappoint

This TV is in use in my mother's room. It is a great little TV with great color, sound and connectivity. She uses it daily and has not had a problem with it. Would buy one again.

Out of the box, the TV has pretty nice color saturation. I personally thought it was WAY too dark, and required heavy setting changes to really get the most out of. Gaming on it is was perfect, as it had a very respectable input lag speed. Sound quality was not so good, but I feel like most modern TV's really don't offer you great sound to begin with. Everything sounded muted and the volume needed to be increased significantly in order to enjoy the product. Alas, my TV was 2 weeks old and randomly began shutting down. I turned off all Eco settings, changed batteries in the remote, checked connections...nothing. I called Samsung customer support who told me to bring the tv back to the store. I've read about Samsung having some unreliable boards in their newer models, and that appears to be what happened with mine. I opted not to take the risk again and grabbed the '50 inch LG for a similar price and better quality.

Tv has great picture. Could have had one more hdmi slot.

excellent TV for a low prize using it for almost a month

Purchased this is a gift for the folks! Wow!! It was a great surprise!! Their very first high def, large flat screen! Enjoying the great picture and sound and ease of use! A terrific value too at Best Buy!

Great price for TV that we use for watching all the time!

I've been wanting to get a flat screen TV for a while and when I went to Best Buy to check TVs out I received lots of help from their staff. All questions were answered and when I was shown this TV I loved it. I'm very glad I bought it and especially glad I purchased it from Best Buy!!!

Was able to get a 48 inch TV for the price a 40 inch.

Ordered store pickup. TV has good picture quality, and sound is decent as well. Overall, this is the BEST 48" TV you can get for the price. I picked mine up for under $400!

I am loving my new TV . this shows a great picture.

The Bad: I noticed when changing the names on the inputs PC changed the brightness and color settings, which seemed strange. The good: A TV to fit my needs. I did not want a smart TV and UHD does not seem worth while because my TV is more than 8 feet away from me at all times.

Nice picture and great price for this TV. it was bought for my Mother in law for her apartment. Not too large but had everything she needed. I would recommend this tv Great size for a bedroom also.

Size and quality of the tv picture is great but only concern would be with volume. It's worth investing in a sound bar as it's difficult to hear a difference in volume past the 15 mark.

Tv was very easy to set up and has a great picture. The tv is the perfect size for the bedroom. All my tv's are samsungs and have never had a problem with any of them.

This TV has a great picture and sound. Very easy plug & play setup. If you want a quality TV and don't care about all the other extra hard to navigate features that you would probably never use. For the price you can't go wrong. This is also great for Mom, Pop or grand parents that never learned or wanted to learn about social media or the internet and want a TV to do what it has done for years. Be plan, simple and easy to use. Just the way some people want life to be.
