This TV has great picture, and easy to set up.....

Updated my 11yr old projection tv purchased from best buy in 2005 which was floor model. Still worked but need to get more modern. I like best buy .

was hopeful this would address our major needs for a wall mounted TV - light weight, good viewing angle, connectivity for DirecTV, DVD and / or streaming device. Another HDMI would be very desirable. At least has component connections. No analog audio out, my sound bar is useless. BIGGEST ISSUE - out of box the volume was doing strange things. In reading reviews at BBY site and elsewhere, this apparently needs a firmware upgrade. REALLY? out of the box an HDTV model over a year old, I need to download firmware to a stick, and upgrade via USB? Trying to contact SAMSUNG on this was as useful as it was over our washing machine! The volume level is also VERY low, and dialogue is sometimes hard to hear. Compared to older T******A I have, the SAMSUNG is pricier and has less functionality.

Very happy with this model,better quality audio than we would have expected.

easy set up. bought on sale went on sale a week later for less and gave back amount on later sale

My daughter got this fir Christmas her and my husband live the tv. The picture is beautiful. The only reasons for not givivg it 5 starts are there arent enough connections in the back, this maybe a problem if you have multiple gaming systems and there is also no regular audio plug we had to buy an adapter (not expensive) to hook up her speakers

We were looking for a TV with impressive picture quality, but we didn't necessarily want all the frills that Smart TVs offer since we have other devices that do the same things. Couldn't be happier with this purchase! A couple of months in and it's still working flawlessly while looking great.

I love the size, it has a good picture and the kids love it too.

When my last Television died a while back I did my research and pricing and decided on this Samsung 48 inch and I’m glad I did. Sharp picture and great sound. Thinking about buying another one for my bedroom.

good product. sound not up to par. i exchange this product to another t.v. sound is better on the up grade.
