I have used monster protection for years; they continue year after year working ... when others have failed.

The TV is good quality. The price is very reasonable, especially considering the size and brand of the TV. The picture quality if very good. My only criticism is the sound. The sound is not very dynamic. I am considering purchasing a sound bar to overcome that issue. Regardless, the TV meets the expectations for this price point.

Samsung is an all round quality product. I do not buy anything but Samsung when it comes to technology.

When our old 36" TV finally died, we decided to purchase a TV that fit in the "cubby" of our old entertainment center. The 48" Samsung fits perfectly. My husband was very pleased to watch the Indianapolis 500 on a screen where he didn't have to squint (or use binoculars) to see the race.

I am very happy with this tv, a little tricky to set up , just like all of them but very happy with it

Once I got the item home and all set up, ready to connect to wireless and no smart tv. It was not even the correct tv that the sales person went to the back to get for us. Item was returned - exchanged for the tv we were supposed to purchase. Very nice picture, easily put together for use minus the internet connection.

I researched a lot before deciding on this product and best buy had the best price of everyone out there. I am glad I picked this TV. Great picture quality and very sleek design. USB port allows for plugging in external hard drives which is nice. Love everything about it.

I needed a new wired mouse. Bought the USB Optical Mouse by Insignia and it works like a charm.

I am not a TV person. I always tell the family I do not see a difference in HD or not. We bought this TV and watched the new jungle book movie. I have to say I was impressed at the colors and images . I guess we just never had anything that stood out the way this TV does.
