The last thing I wanted to do is purchase a new TV, but this Samsung 48" is a great product at a great price...

I replaced a TV that was in a cubicle over the fireplace. Fit perfectly. Picture is stunning, great colors (and this is with SD service.) Highly recommend

Purchased this brand new from Best Buy. Price was right....picture is great. Have used this TV for several months and there have been zero problems.

Good size, very slim, and with all the apps, I can now stream all my favorite shows on TV because it has Dramafever, Netflix, Amazon, and many more.

this is the 8th Samsung TV we have bought for our company conference rooms and they all have performed flawlessly. Connections are made easily.

Samsung is a great product. One of my cell phones is one and no issues. The television is bright and crisp. The Best Buy sales person was great also.

I did not want a smart tv with all the problems in the news lately. This tv performs as expected, Good color, good sound. I would buy it again.

The TV was just what we needed. We did not need a smart TV for the area we put the TV. We love the size and the flat screen. It has a great picture.

Bought this TV for my Mother in law who is 85. Wanted 1 that was simple to use. It has a beautiful picture and dwarfs the 32" Sony CRT it replaced.

Had problems with sound and noise on original TV purchase, 50". Took back to store to get replacement only to be told they were out of stock. Had to purchase smaller model at a higher price. Not a good way to get return customers.

My family only buys Samsung. We originally purchased the same size TV with the smart feature online (Model: UN48J5201AFXZA) but the unit was apparently used since the remote already had the batteries installed and was nasty. In addition nothing in the box was bagged - instructions, remote, batteries, etc. We ended up having to settle for this model because the other model was discontinued and the only way to not goof the rewards points used for the purchase was to take something else from the store. Short of not having the smart feature this TV works terrific and is a great replacement for the too small 32" we had in its place.

This TV has great screen color and quickly responds to the remote control. The sound quality is much better with an accessory sound bar though.

AFTER 10 YEARS MY OLD TV BROKE DOWN,CANNOT BE REPAIR,SO I BOUGH THIS NEW TV MUCH BIGGER FOR MY OLDER EYES,THANKS,IT WORKS PERFECTLY,THIS IS MY EARLY CHRISTMAS PRESENT..LOL.

My new Samsung is so clear and colorful. I am so pleased with the quality of the product. I will recommend it to my friends. Great service too.

Great size and the picture is great! Wish the sound was better but I'm going to purchase a soundbar and subwoofer for that issue. Other than that still would recommend this.

If you're looking a decent sized screen, in a no-frills set, this it!! Picture is very clear (considering 60hz), and colors were good right out of the box. Very satisfied.
