    I had several items I wanted to purchase when I entered the store. However, I had some questions, too. I was helped by a very knowledgeable service person who answered my questions in a way I could understand. I recommend buying major items, such as this, only at Best Buy because to do so at Big Box stores is riskier. That's because their service people are generally clueless about products and cannot give helpful recommendations like the Best Buy folks can do.

    The only reason it gets 4 instead of 5 stars is that I wish it had some more cord options like a 3rd or 4th HDMI and a PC monitor hook up. However I didn't need a smart tv because I have other componites for that and this was the best deal and price by far. The screen is crisp with video games and sports which is mostly what it is used for. Perfect for what I needed and is doing what I am asking of it perfectly.
