    TV would not work with Longview Cable Box

    We could not find anything wrong with the TV and after 3 service calls, 2 new cable boxes and 2 new remotes, we were unable to use the HD cable box. Could not control volume when the TV was on the cable box. Only get 80 channels now, but the TV is just as good as our old Samsung that crashed after 2 years.
