    This TV to me is a total rip-off. With the low profile and the very poor volume/speaker quality I wish I would have returned this TV for a refund. We also purchased a 28" with the same problem from Samsung and I wish the same of this TV. I can say I will NEVER purchase another Samsung television as they are not built for those wiith a slight hearing problem.
