Great tv bought for 87 year lady on off air antenns

Got it on Black Friday. Worth the $300, decent tv.

We use this as our broadcast tv at work. Does well

Overall great T.V. Only issue I have is the sound.

I purchased this tv after already owing a 40" Samsung smart tv. The features and pictur quality was sub par compared to the previous Samsung I owned. For the money and features I would suggest either the Soni Bravia or the comparable LG.

set stopped working in less than two years. Samsung says,"too bad". Does anyone buy a 48in LED with the expected life span to be less than two years? With today's technology, I would think not. Don't buy Samsung

I purchased this tv off the sales floor as an open box item at a great price. The only complaint I have is that the sound is not that great. I eventually had to buy a sound bar.

The first TV had a problem with the audio. It would at times not respond to attempts to adjust the volume and at times would jump to a high volume without any input.

Somethings I was happy about. But not everything my salesman told me came to pass. I was disappointed when I bought 2 TVs and only one was hooked up by the Geek Squad.

I had to replace an older Toshiba. In comparison, this set is cheap in every sense. The picture is just OK, but the sound is terrible; I bought a sound bar so I wouldn't have to listen to the speakers on the TV. There is an advertising banner that keeps coming up, unwanted. I have reset the mode from Store to Home repeatedly to make it go away, but it comes back. I like captions, but they keep turning off, I have to keep turning them on. Irritating. I did not get what I expected from Samsung.

For the price you would expect any other unit to be a smart TV however for use in a general viewing location such as a restaurant this TV is acceptable.

Little disappointed in sound quality. My LG was better. I've had other Samsung products in the past, so bought this based on history.

After setting up TV, I found that the volume control was malfunctioning. It would suddenly spike in volume when remote was not touched. I attempted a second set -up with the same result. Returned and received replacement. It appeared that the 2nd TV was shipped from a different location and was OK

To be honest not thrilled with this tv. Video quality is not the best. I see at times the screen becomes pixelated and it's very annoying. Sound is very poor so get ready to hook up that surround sound or something to improve sound quality.

I am completely disappointed in the picture. This was a gift for my parents and actually my mom requested this when she saw it in a ad. So I was just going off of what she said. I ordered it online and I wish I would have went into the store and saw the picture so I would have known to go with a different tv. Unfortunately I let the time lapse and we can not return it.

+Had trouble from day 1 with sound. Lost sound or control of sound every time I changed the channel

We like it but wish the resolution. Was better but not enough money to upgrade

I could not make adjustments to the color, black level, contrast etc in order to make the picture acceptable. I gave up and got a Sony instead. Very disappointed.

The TV will not shut off. It keeps turning itself on. Picture flutters and keeps reverting to Store Demo mode. Called bestbuy and they said take it to Samsung for repair. Can't figure out where a Samsung repair center is. Not even listed on Samsung website.
