Bought this in 2016 it’s now 2023 and it’s still solid honestly. Still have it in the plastic I use it moderately not heavy use. Picture quality is good not 4K or what not but does the job perfectly.

I Purchased This TV After Doing My Research. Great Price, Picture, Ease Of Use, Perfect Size For My Living Room. I Did Not Want A Smart TV. My Old Tube TV That I Had For 20 Years Died, So I Was In The Market For A 48 inch Large Flat Screen TV. I Went To Best Buy Store, Purchased TV, Got A New Stand For It And Had To Get A New Blu-ray DVD Player As My Old One Would Not Work With New TV. Also Had Everything Installed And Connected By The Geek Squad. If You Are A Senior And Looking For A Great TV That Won't Break The Bank And Is Easy To Use This Is It! Everything Went Smooth With The Geek Squad With Delivery And Installation I Did Not Have To Worry About Connecting, Etc. Stress-Free!

Put my 37" Samsung in another room and replaced it with this one. Had to do a bit of adjusting on the picture but very happy with it. I bought this strictly for tv use--no gaming, etc. and you can't go wrong with it.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother and setup was easy. This was the 5th Samsung TV I purchased. I look at this brand first and then compare others.

This TV is truly outstanding for the price. The picture is really good and it's easy to set up. The ease of set up is important to me as I move this television out side for watching football when the weather is nice. It's awesome!

I was very nervous buying my first TV, there are so many options and reviews out there. Ibe had this TV for 6 months now and I love it. Easy to use, great picture quality, I would recommend this tv.

I feel very satisfied with this purchase. The TV has a number of settings to optimize its image, is not difficult to fit resolution to a computer, gaming console, etc. The speakers are so good, especially with audio, that I prefer them to my soundbar, which like many soundbars seems to deliver low-volume dialogue. I game now and then and I have not noticed any perceptible delay between my controller, console, and this tv, nor have I noticed any motion blur- which is good for a 120Hz refresh rate. So good for gaming. This tv is well balanced, attractive, and a great value.

easiest set up of any TV I have purchased. Hooked up cable box and everything was perfect. Picture is sharp as can be. very satisfied.

Very nice flat screen TV for our vacation home. Easy to set up and super picture. Not using all of the features as we have "cut the cable".

The only flaw is that it was a little grainy upon turning it on, but messing with the TV's display settings made it less noticeable. Its a pretty great deal and i do love my TV very much, but if you need the clearest picture, take a look at the newer or smart TV models.

For the price, you cannot go wrong with this tv. Samsung is a great brand with great quality. The only knock is that this is NOT a smart tv. But again, for the price, you cannot go wrong.

This Samsung 48" television is the perfect size to replace the old tube television I was using in my bedroom. Never really had any problems with Samsung and don't anticipate any with this product.

This was a great TV purchase for us. We didn't need a smart TV as we wanted this for our covered backyard patio. It is a great TV for a great price.

I purchased this TV Dec. '16 as a Christmas gift for my sister. We set-up the TV easy enough with the sound bar also purchased at Best Buy. Problems started when you turned the TV off/on. Volume was at the highest levels, and could only be lowered by going to menu options etc... Best Buy directed us to Samsung support since it was under warranty. No problem there. It is now June 24, 2017 and we have been in constant contact with Samsung since Dec. and still no fix. They early on determined that for whatever reason the TV did not have current apps/specs whatever. So they sent someone out to install. Even tried installing a new "brain" (whatever). Nothing has worked. This week my sister was on the phone with Samsung for THREE hours, and at one point the rep thought she was on hold and proceeded to tell his friend he hated this B** and was going to keep her on hold for an hour. She hung up, got another supervisor who has been supportive, but for some reason insists on sending out someone for look at yet another something. The company they contract with for this visits told my sister they aren't coming out and he's told Samsung she needs a new TV. No response from Samsung, so I guess the games continue. The TV picture and sound are both great. She loves the TV---but it you can't expect to have to go through menu machinations every time you turn it off. And you can't even use the sound bar as it is today.

Bought it on sale for $370 and couldn't be happier. It's good image and size for the price. Highly recommended for those on a budget!

Has a great picture with a nice thin frame. If you're looking for a good looking wall mounted tv without spending a ton, this is it!

Purchased this TV today at best buy and it works great. Simple and quick to set up and get going. It was a much needed upgrade.
