Nothing fancy, but still great picture quality and color. The sound leaves a lot to be desired however, you will definitely be wanting a sound bar to go along with this TV. Either that or prepare to have the volume all the way up for dialogue and then be blasted during the action scenes!

Needed a TV to place in the area above the fireplace. This 48" Samsung was just the one that fit the bill. Right size, right price. Has enough inputs and outputs for the average viewer. Took it out of the box, powered it up and went through some simple setup options and has been performing great ever since. Did end up mounting it on the wall. Looks great. Have 2 other Samsung models and all doing just fine. Throw in a washer and dryer and a cell phone. Maybe some day they will all be talking to each other... ;-))

We decided to spend a little more money on this over our last TV an Insignia that went out right after the warranty was over. This TV has a much better picture and sound quality.

I bought this TV for my mom who did not want the smart TV option. This TV was perfect for her and the perfect size. We tend to stay with the Samsung brand for TV's. Great value.

Bought this TV to finally replace my old tube TV and I love it! Picture is crystal clear, sound quality is great even without the sound bar they tried to upsell me. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it again!

I have no complaints about this TV. It took a little tweaking to get the brightness figured out but once we got that right, it's great. Picture is nice and it's a nice design.

I use my TV to watch movies from DVD and VHS. Naturally, DVD quality gives a startling sharp image, BUT resolution is superior to my tube TV, not to mention more accurate picture ratio. Black and white movies look sharp on this TV.

I buy Samsung because they have never been a disappointment. This TV is excellent. Features that I was not after made me settle on this basic TV. Used in my bedroom--picture is clear, colors are bright, picture is crystal clear.

This television is exactly what I wanted. It does have a great picture and sound quality. Set up was simple. Price was perfect.

Overall very happy with my purchase. Attaching the support base took a little more effort than expected, but picture quality is good, the viewing angle is fairly wide and it makes for an enjoyable TV/movie watching experience.

I purchased this TV with a Roku vs buying a smart TV. Works awesome. Picture is solid, not stunning like better TVs but it is good. Audio is not bad considering how limited it usually is without a sound bar. Overall, good TV if you are looking for a budget TV.

Nice picture on every channel and clear viewing. Size is perfect to fit along with the wall mount. Wall mount was easy to mount to the wall and television. Price was compatible with other stores that had the same one.

With all that there is to choose from out there, I can simply say that this TV does all you need without having to spend a fortune. The picture is crystal clear as is the audio. It's definitely a good TV for the price.

This TV is a nice simple model with a great picture in my opinion. Can't comment too much on the sound as I'm using a sound bar. It would have been nice to have more HDMI ports, but for the price I can't complain.

Needed replacement TV as moved bedroom TV to Livingroom. 1st bought this model as a "Smart TV" & returned the next day, as quickly learned I don't need a fancy TV. This model is easy to view. Color & lighting are good. Sound is good & clear. Can easily hear over my window a/c. Do not like zooming feature, it distorts picture. Do not like there are no on/off buttons, if remote is lost. Over all I like this Samsung TV & would buy again. Chose to buy from Best Buy as employees are available, helpful & can answer questions unlike WM...Thank You Best Buy

The television is a great replacement for my old 32 inch. The picture is nice and crisp and I'm loving the bigger size. The only complaint I have is the sound tends to be a bit low so I have to have it upwards of volume level 50-60 most of the time.

The picture quality of this TV is outstanding... sharp and crystal clear. Set-up was simple and cost was very reasonable. Only con is somewhat limited sound volume. Overall we are very happy with this purchase.
