Love this TV. Great picture and sound. Easy set up

I managed to picked this Samsung up over the holiday weekend. Shipping was fast.. the box appeared a bit beat up, but luckily Samsung packaged it nicely. Setup was simple and easy. The picture quality is great out of the box, so far I've left it like that and will research user calibration later. Great buy! Thx Best Buy

I purchased this tv for $300 on sale and knowing how well Samsung carries themselves I made the purchase. Fantastic picture and sound and with smart hub it clears up space from consoles to stream from. 1 downside is that it only has 2 hdmi ports and a optical port so connecting multiple hdmi devices it's not ideal.

It would have been excellent if the web browser supported Adobe Flash. This limits many of the streaming services I currently use. Also the function design on the remote could be improved. Wireless keyboard and mouse solves most of it. The sensor placement on the TV can be problematic for low placement of the TV.

It really is one of the more basic TV's available at Best Buy. Only has two HDMI connections and NO component connection. The tv itself is simple to use and very user friendly. I purchased this tv as an upgrade for my Grandparents and they were coming from a low end non HD tv that was starting to get dead pixels. This was well above their expectations. They ended up having to upgrade their cable box to HD and also could not connect an old dvd player that took component cables. We ended up buying them a blu ray/ dvd and the picture quality on the tv is great. Overall, this is perfect for anyone who is just transitioning into HD TV and doesn't plan on connecting many devices to it.

This is a great HD tv for price. Very easy to use smart tv and every thing step by step on screen. One thing that I can point it out is this tv only have two hdmi connection on back, one usb and one cable connection. So if you are trying to use dvd or any game system, you might want to check before you buy.

The tv itself is great. Samsung makes it very easy to get set up and watching. My only complaint is that the stand is a little chintzy. In fact, I broke a piece off it but I managed to make it work since I didn't want to hang it on the wall. Adjusting the picture was easy. I like the on screen user manual.

Great picture. Good size. I'd be disappointed if I went smaller. This size is plenty big. The stand to the TV is the only downside, because it is long, wide, & not that sturdy. Does not fit on fireplace mantel because of stand. I would have rathered a simple block stand that is simple, sturdy, & easy to install.

The Samsung name lives up to it's status (always has). Being a little biased, because im already a Samsung fan, but this is a great TV! We got it on Black Friday so it was a steal! A 48 inch Smart LED Samsung TV for under $400? Sign me up in a heartbeat! All features about the TV is great, no complaints!

We bought the Samsung TV at Christmas at a good price. We have had it a couple of weeks now and we love the TV. Nice clear picture and it is big enough for our great room. My only complaint is it is slightly too big to fit in our cabinet and now we have to buy another one and no composite for our Wii.

I went in to Best Buy because I wanted a larger screen TV in my living room so I could move my other (32 inch flat screen) TV into my bedroom. I am very happy with this purchase. Great picture & sound. I really only use my TVs for watching TV, so can't speak to gaming or major movies. I'm very happy.

My 46 inch Westinghouse died after about 3 years. This TV is much better than the last one. I am glad that I waited awhile before getting a replacement. I had 2 other smaller TVs in the house and did not feel the need to rush out and get a new one. This TV was a great value and the picture is great.

I already have two Samsung TV's in my home. Went to Best Buy with a friend and saw this Samsung Smart TV was on sale. I asked the manager if the price stated was correct. He assured me that the price was correct. Put the TV in my man cave and added a sound bar. Now I have a great picture and sound.

This is the 2nd Samsung LED TV I have purchased. Love their quality and features. I only have one small gripe. The remotes for each of these Samsung TVs are virtually identical. However, on my slightly older Samsung TV remote, there is a button at lower left, "Pic Size", which is very convenient for going from 4:3 to 16:9, Zoom, etc. On the newer remote, this same button location has a different function, "E Manual", and I have to go to the "Tools" button, and then scroll through a screen menu to find Picture Size adjustment. Nowhere near as convenient and quick to use, and easy to forget since both remotes otherwise look the same.

Im am a huge Samsung fan. You get what you pay for in life. Sometimes the prices can be higher than the competition, but product (s) are 100% worth it. However, this time i was able to purchase this item at a great price. Simply amazing. Cant wait til the 65" + go on special or there are deals.

Great value for me.has good picture quality colors are good was easy set up for me .I wish there were more HDMI ports for gaming system hook up without having to spend more money

Great product, great company. This is an entry level HDTV which was bought for my parents. They are not overly advanced with their tech devices so they didn't need a ton of extra options or hdmi inputs. Perfect for simply getting them a good size, good quality hdtv for a very reasonable price.

My old flat screen TV died while under warranty, and this Samsung Smart TV was a straight trade so I grabbed it, and I am not disappointed. Picture quality much better than old flat screen it replaced. I like the Smart TV feature allowing for quick internet access for browsing or checking email as well as watching YouTube, Hulu, or Netflix. Just don't expect to match a desktop computer in speed or features, and you won't be disappointed, more a backup to your computer for light duty internet. The remote painfully slow when typing but a $24.99 Logitech wireless keyboard solves that problem. Overall a nice purchase that I highly recommend.

I purchased this during a GREAT Best Buy sale on 7/4 and recently set it up after my neighbor took my old TV off my hands! Very easy to set up physically. I skipped the step to allow programming through my wireless router because it was difficult entering the password so I just "added" each channel I wanted after connecting my cable. That works for now!! Very nice picture and I can't believe the deal I got on a 48-inch.......
