Unfortunately TV arrived with broken screen, I called and she was so understanding. Scheduled best buy to pick up the broken TV and deliver my replacement. I was very impressed that they chose to deliver it and not ship it. Great customer service!

I like my new tv and have been effeciently working

I think it is a good tv, but the sound needs improvement.

This is a big T.V. for a bedroom. The definition is okay. I will probably spend more money next time and get a higher quality T.V. I am using it just for watching T.V. only. For basic use is okay.

My son love his smart HDTV. it's perfect size and technology for his dorm and the best price between Thanksgiving and Christmas. This technology has produced the best LED TV picture Samsung has ever produced. I'm happy because my son happy!

It is good in terms of the money you spend and the function you get. It may not be having those functions that those high-end Samsung model does... But is is a 48" LED, with HDMI and USB port... What else is needed? Good enough for the basic...

I picked up 3 of these for my school because of the pre Black Friday deal. Awesome for $279.99 even only being a 1080p unit Samsung still makes a great product with a awesome display

Wasn't able to use it because I received it with a broken screen. Went to a BestBuy store and there service was horrible, plus ended up buying a whole different tv for more amount due to them not having it any more. What a bummer !!!!

Tv has been working great every day I use it. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of a flare seen on the top left of the screen when the image is black/super dark. It's very minimal. You won't notice unless you look for it.

I am still in love with this TV. I needed a reputable and reliable TV without paying a small fortune, and that's exactly what I got. The features on the TV supply all of my needs, and I will be purchasing another for my bedroom.

This is a great TV. Easy to assemble with the improved stand which offers better support than previous models. On screen programming is simple and senior citizen friendly.

My son broke my TV and I really was @ odds about purchasing another one but this offer I couldn't beat I'm very happy with my new tv and would recommend this to my friends

I bought on sale , at first I wasn't too sure because the colors werent bright and I had problems getting the apps to work , but after playing around with the settings now i know that it's a great tv . Sound isn't that loud .

This T.V. is great for streaming and viewing. Downside to this display is the user interface for the streaming is slow, once the content is playing there is little to no issue, but the menus are quite slow. Patience is key.

Hi I just bought this tv 3 weeks ago and I could say that the only thing that I give 4 stars is cause the sound of the tv is not to loud so if you like good sound you have to buy a home theater or sound bar speaker.

The first tv we bought had a defective motherboard. We brought it back to best buy who exchanged it without any problem. My 2nd tv is very good and we are enjoying this smart tv in our bedroom. Excellent for the money

We went from a plasma to LED. The tv sound is what you expect in the flat screen world. We love the SmartHub for streaming purposes. We do have this connected to a Samsung sound bar for better sound quality.

I would have given 4 1/2 stars if I could. Easy set up, great picture and good sound. I am using the tv for streaming, e.g., Netflix, YouTube.... and not as a television. As noted in other reviews, there are no composite or compound connectors, only 2 hdmi and 1 usb input ports, there is an optical output connector. I don't need anything else so I am not deducting points. If you need these connections it should be a consideration. I was able to mirror videos from my Galaxy Note 4 very easily. My one problem has been with the smart hub and streaming Netflix. When I first set the tv up, Netflix was continuously reloading as another reviewer wrote. I called Samsung, we reset the smart hub and television and it seems to be working alright now. The problem that I am currently having is that it takes a little time for the smart hub to "prepare" the tv. If you try to access an app before it is ready you get the messge "preparing the tv..... Please try again later." It takes up a minute to prepare. When I was working with different Samsung technicians I mentioned the previous reviewer's statement about a slower wifi processor than the 5200 model. All of the technicians told me that both models had the same processor and the only difference was in the connectors.Consider the source, but it was after the sale. One other comment about the smart hub preparation, I read a review of the 5200 model on a different site and somebody had the same problem. I can live with this delay. To sum up, this is an excellent basic smart tv for my needs and expectations. It has a great picture, good sound and streams apps very well after it's 'preparation. I would have deducted a half star for the delay in setting up the accessibility of the app.

This tv was completely disappointing!!! I love Samsung products period!! I have a 6 year old LCD HD 1080P Samsung that works beautifully still!!! I was just trying to upgrade to a smart TV and it was utter garbage!! No matter how I adjusted the settings and calibrated it this new TV looked horrible!!! I returned it!!

I would have to say this is a good UHD television for the price. I bought this as a gift and the recipient was very satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking for a new television for an affordable price.
