    The "Smart TV" feature is particularly slow. Many times when trying to start viewing Netflix. This TV is just like having a big, bright monitor that is hooked to an old, really slow computer - that sometimes needs to be re-booted over and over again to correct problems. I

    Purchased this TV when it was on sale for I believe $280. I wanted a bigger tv and when I saw this was on sale, I decided to grab it plus it's Samsung. Well I literally only had the tv for probably 16 hours before I returned it. The TV had this weird LED thing which caused the tv to go from being bright to extremely dark and it wasn't a way to take it off, trust me I tried. Quality wasn't all of that, I just didn't like it. Plus when I returned it I asked a guy at Best Buy about why the tv sucked so bad and he said it's because it's just the holiday version, nothing spectacular. Made sense with the price they had it for. I don't recommend this TV but however I do recommend that 50 inch 4K Ultra HD Samsung!!!!!!!!! Get that, its gorgeous!

    I bought the original to this tv when it first came out 5 years ago and it was amazing. Made of glass, sound and picture were phenomenal. When i bought this one, I was disappointed it's now made of all plastic and the sound quality is awful. Graphics are decent though
