    The TV seems great and pretty easy to use. Unfortuantely, it arrived with screen damage and so far it's been nothing but a headache trying to get customer service to address the issue. I bought a 5 year Geek Squad protection plan along with the TV but it isn't making things any easier.

    It wouldn't connect to the Internet for Netflux or Hulu. Returned it and got a "dumb" Samsung 48" and smart DVDs player instead. Everything eorks good now. I'm sure it was just this tv and not a Samsung issue. I do like Samsung
