Got this as a TV for the kids on a Black Friday deal, and it was a great deal. Picture looks great. This is our first LED TV and so far I'm happy with it.

I think this Samsung LED has a picture as good as tv's that cost much more money. I'm very happy with it especially as the NFL playoffs get ready to begin

Love the picture quality. Would recommend a Samsung to anyone looking to purchase a television. Have had multiple Samsung televisions and never had one issue.

Great picture and sound is good. I would have rated as 5 star if it had more HD connections and S-Video, BNCs etc. Some of us still have old school equipment.

The price was great and the picture quality was great. Had to play with the settings a bit to get the best quality but it was well worth the money so far.

I really like this smart tv. This is my first smart tv ever. And I must say it's great. Being able to get online and stream movies are a plus.

Pros: Picture quality is good. Has all the smart tv features (Netflix, hulu). Cons: Slow response when accessing smart features like netflix and youtube.

After buying this 48 T.V and see how the picture looks like, I'm thinking on buying a bigger T.V just because this T.V makes everything look so much better

I can't believe how much the price of these flat screens have come down in price. Fits perfectly in the bedroom but probably to small for the living room.

I got this tv for a spare room at a Black Friday price I couldn't pass up. There isn't anything so far I see wrong with it. The quality is great for a 48.

I would have to say that, this is my first time owning a smart TV and I like all that can be done by it. My delivery of my television was on time and in perfect condition when it arrived to my house. I would like to think Best Buy for keeping their word on when to expectations as well as the condition upon arrival. Last I would like to think Best Buy for allowing me the opportunity to purchase this TV even though it put me over my credit limit. I promise to pay all my monthly bills on time until my balance is well under the limit and some day a zero balance.

Nice TV for the price. Easy to wall mount. Great picture. Decent sound. Only has 2 hdmi ports and an audio out and optical out. No vga, no componet/ rca.

We love this tv!! We didn't expect to buy this tv when we went in Best Buy but the price for the value was awesome!! Another great Samsung product!!

I was hesitant about buying a smart tv because I have slow Internet but this tv works great! Preloaded apps , easy to work, and has Web browser also

Samsung is a leader in this market for a reason. For less than $279 you would be hard-pressed to find a better picture at 48 inches. The picture quality and size at this price alone warrants 5 stars. Unfortunately, I had issues with the built-in WiFi adapter. This Samsung was replacing an older, smaller Samsung LED TV. My old TV had no problems with WiFi and streaming online content. However, this Samsung TV displayed a weak signal even though it was placed in the exact same spot as my old one. The Netflix and Hulu apps could not stream a single movie. They kept stopping, buffering, not buffering and eventually the TV would lose connection. I had to constantly restart the apps or power the TV off and on again. I checked for system updates and the TV reported it was up-to-date. My Xbox that was connected to the TV did not have any problems streaming from the same services. After more than a week of trying various things, I could not resolve the WiFi problems. I returned the TV to Best Buy and got a 40 inch Samsung Ultra HD TV for $20 more (with no WiFi problems so far). If you are the type of TV viewer that does not use Internet sources or SmartTV apps or your TV is parked next to your WiFi router, then this is the TV for you. Unfortunately, most of my viewing is exclusively internet-based.

Purchased the TV during a holiday weekend sale to replace my TV in the bedroom. Pros: Good quality picture, sound, and a smart TV with lots of apps to choose from. Cons: takes a little time for the TV to allow you to load up one of the smart apps and too few connecting options (i.e. HDMI and/or AV). Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and would recommend to anyone.

The picture is clear and concise. The smart tv allows for streaming and access to hulu and netflix. It was easy to set up and access channels. Connecting to cable was also easy and convenient. The sound quality is good but most important was the great price offered during the black friday deals. I would buy other samsung products and I hope the tv has a long life.

I love the quality of this tv! Only downfall is the sound. I have to crank up the volume to hear it. I recommend a sound bar or speakers with this tv.

Over all all the features are great but i dont like the smart hub button. It is small and display of smart hub is not so attractive and hard to use.

This TV was a gift for my husband and I'm so glad I picked this one. The picture is nice and clear (beautiful colors, sharp enough image without being harsh). He really enjoys watching the game on this in Sports mode and regularly comments on how much he likes the picture quality.
